How does the process work? We pride ourselves on being quick and effective with all of our clients. We are happy to set up a phone call to discuss your goals and ideas.

Some of our most asked questions:
- Our MOQ is 50pcs per item, color, and design
- Multiple sizes are allowed within the 50pc order
- Lead times are generally 3-6 weeks with 1-2 week shipping
- Pricing depends on MANY factors (product, shipping, designs, fabric, etc)
- We can provide a quote for anything you are looking for
- The more you order = better pricing we can offer
- We are FULLY custom - meaning we purchase rolls of fabric for cut & sew
- We can help suggest fabrics and print types depending on your products
- If you have a brand that you like, we can try to best replicate their items
- We DO offer custom size tags, hang tags, and packaging
- Custom poly bags are an additional costs while size & hang tags are included
- We DO offer samples - pricing varies depending on the items you are looking for
- Feel free to be as detailed as you want. We tell all of our clients, the more details = the better we can make the products to your expectations.
What don't we do?
- We DO NOT have any in-house designers. You will need to provide your own designs and logos. We simply just create the clothing and ship to your door. We suggest fiver.com or any other freelance service to help you.
- We DO NOT offer POD (print on demand) services. We only offer bulk production and ship items directly to you or your shipping warehouse.
- We DO NOT require tech packs, although they do help our team
- We don't like to waste our or your time. We strive to be as quick and efficient as possible. Please only request samples if you are serious about ordering bulk.
TITAFIT is your one-stop-shop for custom apparel. We can either source your desired fabric, offer alternative fabric, or develop your fabric in-house. (If developing custom fabric, the MOQ may increase to 100-250pcs per item, color, design)

How did you get involved with manufacturing? I started a clothing brand in November 2016 called Titanium Fitness. We started with 100 t-shirts and slowly scaled into hoodies, tanks, ladies apparel, hats, etc. Flash forward a year or two, and we built Titanium into a 700+ person ambassador team and selling thousands of clothing items a month. During our growth, we were continually asked by other fitness brands, gyms, supplement companies, etc. if we could help manufacturer custom clothing. In January of 2019, we decided to open our own facility, and start to wholesale our own fabrics with our clients branding. Since then we have worked with 1,500+ brands across the globe and continually adding new clients to create cut & sew custom clothing.
What are the advantages of working with TITAFIT MFG?
- We offer the lowest MOQ in the industry at 50pcs per item, color, and design. Most custom manufacturing facilities are 500+ pcs per size, color, item.
- We are able to get on a phone call and discuss your ideas/goals. You will be speaking to a real person and feel comfortable about the proces.
- We offer custom samples, BEFORE you place a bulk order.
- Quick turnaround time. GENERALLY (3-6 week production + 1 week shipping time) Size and order complexity may alter this.
- Over 1,500+ clients serviced + our own brand, we know fit, feel, fabrics and can help guide you to success.
What are your prices? Due to the fact that there are literally thousands of options when creating custom clothing, we price everything off a per quote basis. We follow a series of steps to create a final price with your items. Things that affect price may include: order quantity, colors, design, logos, fabric, weight, etc. We generally offer price breaks at 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000+ pcs.
Where are you based? Our main office is located in Boston, MA. We handle all of our client relationships and operations here in the USA. We have multiple facilities overseas where we custom source and produce all of our own fabric. 90% of our clients are here in the states.
How do you ship? We ship directly to our clients from our facility. We can produce & ship to anywhere in the world, as long as the shipping companies allow. Shipping generally comes via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping is included in all of our prices.
What if I'm not happy with my order? Our team strives to always get it right the first time! 99% of the time we do. But, we're not perfect, and we do make mistakes. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation as best we can by sending new products. In rare cases when we can't come to a resolution, we can offer a full refund on products that you are not 100% satisfied with.
